The Summer Newsletter has been mailed to members. The information contained has also been uploaded to the website, see the news page, the outings page, the allotments page, the events page and the trading hut page for more details. We look forward to seeing you at the various events planned.
AGMs
The meeting takes place in March each year at St Erconwald’s Church Hall, Esher Avenue (map) starting at 6.30pm. After conclusion of the formal business refreshments are served followed by a talk on a gardening related matter. If you are unable to make the AGM you are welcome to come along for the refreshments and talk.
Membership
2009 saw 90 new members join up but it seems that some of our existing members have still to renew their subscriptions. It is never too late – just come along to the Trading Hut on a Saturday morning or contact membership secretary Angie Watson on 01932 229075 and she will be able to help you.
